The Bike Lab is a fully equipped, permanent self-service bicycle repair station at Root Access. It started as a basic repair kit donated by a community member and has since grown into a complete workspace for everything from flat tire repairs to full bicycle overhauls.
The Bike Lab is free and open to the public for basic repairs during regular open hours — no membership required. Members may use the full station for more involved work any time it's available. The station can be reserved in 2-hour blocks through the Reservations page; reserved blocks take precedence over unreserved use.
