Root Access is proud to host a monthly ArtHop for members, vendors, and special guests, on the first Thursday of every month, from 5p-8pm.
Participation Guidelines
We encourage members, guests, and vendors to participate. Please refer to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and clear process:
Space is limited, so you need to reserve your spot at least two weeks in advance. Even if you have shown with us previously, you need to message us and reserve your space in a timely manner. Submit an image of your current artwork for use as a sneak peek accompanying our regular advertising.
Display space is limited to a table, roughly 3'x6', and limited wall space for hanging larger artwork. Any hanging artwork must have its own hardware/wire attached.
You may share a table if you show with a friend, or elect to be paired with another artist willing/able to share.
On the Monday before ArtHop, Root Access will make Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts with all artist/vendor names and artwork images. Please like and share this post – we're promoting you, so please promote us!
Show up at least 30 minutes early to be properly set up before 5pm.
Plan ahead and be organized: late or last-minute inquiries may not be honored.
We are happy to answer any questions: we will communicate clearly and promptly, and ask you to do the same.
If you are scheduled to show and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible in advance.

Email arthop@rootaccess.org at least 2 weeks in advance, with...
- Your full name (or shop name, if you prefer – however you'd like to be promoted)
- An image of your artwork
- Whether you will need a full table or a half table
We want all of this information at one time, nice and neat. 😃 We'll reply with an acknowledgement of whether we're able to put you on the list for that month or not.
