Learn the basics of quilting by making a quilt as you go mug rug!
This class will cover the basics of designing, piece cutting material, binding edges, and quilting. We'll teach you the basic steps that you can apply to any future quilt project.
Tools provided: Sewing machine*, cutting mats, quilt rulers, thread, batting, bias binding tape, and fabric.
*You are free to bring your own sewing machine and materials.
Prerequisites
Are you brand new to sewing? We recommend take Sewing Basics first.
Are you comfortable using a sewing machine? You should be fine!
What to Bring
We provide the tools and materials, but you're always welcome to bring your own!
